Iron Stone

This is the Iron stone fly. It's a nymph that can represent yellow stone flies and be used as an attractor pattern. I use this one in the fall as a dropper to help get my nymph rig deeper. If you have yellow sallies in your waters, this is a good one to add to the fly box, or if you find the fish in your area are attracted to yellow as many seem to be.
